If your PIN code is outside our shipping area, please contact us to check if we can arrange a local courier service for you. - All orders will be delivered by Jaypee Marketing in partnership with a third-party delivery partner.
- Currently, Jaypee does not offer international shipping. For bulk order inquiries, please contact Jaypee at info@jaypeeplusindia.com or customercare@jaypeeplusindia.com or leave your information on the export page.
- Once your order details are received by the backend team, it will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders usually take up to 10 days to reach the delivery address. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Jaypee's control. We make our best efforts to ensure prompt delivery.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email/SMS notification confirming your order, payment, and other details.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping notice via email/SMS, confirming that your order has been dispatched. This notification will include shipping and tracking information, as well as a link to the courier website where you can track your order and find an estimated delivery date.
- Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging for any damages. If the box appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, they cannot be opened for inspection until the payment has been made to the delivery person.
- It is important to inspect the products within 7 days of receipt for any returns. Jaypee will not be held responsible for damages that occur after the order has been delivered.
